This is pathetic customer service. I live 2 hours north of Brisbane and wish to send my phone forrepair. The website is hopelessly out of date. The link in the quote email is broken and other links indicating how I could send in my phone for repair simply went to the price-list page and kept coming back to that page. I'm an old boomer - run a SME tech-based business - and simply LOL at such incompetence. I am torn. The team at FMM Chermside were so helpful and did a terrific job replacing the screen on my iPhone 14. They deserve 5 stars - they were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and quick. The location of the kiosk was easy to find and the price was good. But the screen isn’t Apple genuine - and the screen brightness is noticeably amiss. As a result, if I am stupid enough to crack the screen again, I might begrudgingly head to Apple for the replacement.
