They had to order a part that took a few days to get, but they were very quick in making the repair when it came in. The price was reasonable compared to getting a new phone. Would use them again.

Great experience all around. I took my iPad to have the screen replaced. They had to order it, but I didn’t have to wait long at all. It only took two days to come in and when I took the iPad in it took maybe 45 min to repair. The price was not bad at all. Much better than taking it to the Apple Store without the coverage. Highly recommend bringing your devices here.
Has a great experience there yesterday, 2/24/25. Phone was crushed. They replaced the screen, so that we could access the device and transfer all data to a new phone. No wait. Excellent results.
