It was a great “no BS” experience. I called and explained what I needed, the tech explained what he was going to do, kept me updated on when he’d arrive, and got the job done quickly. Would recommend them and do business with them again, thanks Fix Factory!
All this guy does is threaten law suits and claim harassment for his faults. I wish he would ensue a “without prejudice” because we can lawyer up as well outside of the bank dispute. Basically won’t admit to doing a crappy repair and has blocked any number who tried to contact him about it. Also admits to not wanting a bad rep so he talks to his fake boss (which is him) to come up with solutions (pay another $299+ to get it fixed…) Sends AI generated text messages about his warranty policy 00.3 seconds after getting off the ... read more
