The business's claim that I tried to steal my phone is a fabrication. The technician accused me of theft after I simply requested more than three minutes to test the phone, which was previously repaired by them and failed. They had already collected $250 for a screen and battery that later proved to be faulty. This hostile and false accusation of criminal behavior was used as a pretext to escalate the situation, and the police were called by them, of which I waited all day and police didn't come. Had a phone replaced and the back covering for the phone replaced due to damage. Would have been better off without ever using this service, back covering keeps coming off [ not fully but almost halfway] have to apply pressure to put it back in place just for it to set even if only a brief while... Front screen waa better when it was cracked before the fix, less issues. After the "fix" it's worse.
