Excellent service and quick turnaround.
Both my self and my daughter have been to Fix a Phone in elsternwick a few times since 2017 between us and each time the service has been outstanding. Friendly staff, explain what the issue is and what is required to fix it. Advice you of the cost and in all instances our phones have been repaired on the same day within a couple of hours. Fix a phone also provided a warranty of 3mths for the repair. Recently my husband has also used fixe a phone for his iPhone issue with the volume and Samsung tablet not turning non. Fix a Phone on Glenhuntly Road is the best! Rob specifically is amazing — he always knows exactly what the problem is, is upfront and honest, and gets things done quickly and efficiently. He’s friendly, reliable, and always greets you with a smile. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for phone, laptop or ipad repairs. Highly recommend!
