you might think $20 for a screen protector and applying it for an iPhone 13 Pro Max is a lot but honestly took the guy less than 5 minutes to do it. And pretty damn happy that I got a glass one instead of the silicone ones. people tend to ruin my quad lock case by sticking their fingers in to pull my phone out. And Literally gave it back to me how I gave it except with a better protector. Thanks mate appreciate it!
Went to get quote for phone repair. I didn’t know that the screen would need to be removed for the repair, so I politely said I might just take it to Apple. Store assistant then was able incredibly rude to me and said “well how am I supposed to fix it without taking the screen off?”. Not everyone knows what is required when fixing phones. I’m glad now I’ve read the reviews and saw the business true attitude towards customers.
