To bad they don't open on time. Cost them a sale.
I bought a reflective jacket from you. Paid $49 for it. I work in an office, not even in the field but have to have one to go into our yard. I have worn it twice and the reflective strip on my sleeve is coming off. If it comes off, I can no longer use it. Brought it in to exchange and was refused. Awfully expensive coat to not replace if strap is coming off already. Was going to buy another one for my boss, not now.
