Where do I start? My experience was extremely frustrating. And expensive, but I am fixing that. At the beginning, communication was constant—calls, texts, meetings—but after I paid, responsiveness dropped nearly to zero. After nearly 3 weeks, I had not seen evidence that key steps (like filing a POA) were completed, despite being told they would be. Frequent requests for updates were met with "its being worked."
