Rented a 10by15 storage unit in sept 2025. Used the unit about 4 months. Moved out beginning of Feb 2026. BEWARE OF RAT INFESTATION. Everything in my unit is ruined. Washer, dryer, and refrigerator are ruined. Chewed through wires and peed and pooped all over my things. Smell is unbearable. Friendly staff and easy to rent but disappointing overall. Amazing service with Cynthia! She was professional and well versed. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were meet. It was a wonderful experience.
Cynthia was a great help up front. I was able to tour the location and condition of some available spaces and sign a contract for one of them all in the same short visit.
Costumer service was awesome. Cynthia took the time to show me the units and helped me pick the one that fitted my needs.
Came in today with questions, left with the keys to my new climate controlled storage unit! No hassle, no stress. Everything is new and very clean. Great working gates. Code entry only. Very secure. And Cynthia is such sweetheart! She took fantastic care of me today. Glad to be here!
