I wish they send reminders before the due date and maybe explain all the other five charges that are charged besides late fees, and don't rent out units with roof leakage. Improve your customer service and communicate with each other, I have one person telling me one thing and then other telling me another. Well, if you're looking for a company that will go the extra mile to find ways to sneak in extra fees every month, this is your company. I signed to moved out, better not come with weird fees!
