I wish they send reminders before the due date and maybe explain all the other five charges that are charged besides late fees, and don't rent out units with roof leakage. Improve your customer service and communicate with each other, I have one person telling me one thing and then other telling me another. Well, if you're looking for a company that will go the extra mile to find ways to sneak in extra fees every month, this is your company. I signed to moved out, better not come with weird fees!
Thought this was a clean, affordable, secure storage facility until I did the move out request on the same day I rented. When I got my belongings from the unit on the 29th, and at 9:30 p.m. on the 1st of the month removed my lock, I began getting text messages on the 4th stating I had a balance due. First, I was told there had been no inspections since I had moved out so this was an error on their part and they would get it taken care of. but on the 7th I got another text and called them again.
