Clean , easy online renting. Overall great experience
We had a great experience with this storage company. They were incredibly accommodating when our move was delayed and very responsive when we needed to rent additional units on short notice. Denise was especially helpful — quick to reply and always willing to answer questions about access codes and anything else we needed. Really appreciated the flexibility and customer service during a stressful move.
The 5 star review goes to my man Dave! He saw me struggling to get the back door of my uHaul opened (frozen shut) and he stopped what he was doing to come help me out. He definitely didn't need to do that. I appreciate ya Dave!
