Miranda was amazing. She anticipated my every need and made me feel comfortable asking for help, getting my sweater on and off, stabilizing my legs before taking a step, handing me a signature pad just out of reach, etc. Miranda the best

Yesterday I had a non medical need for wheelchair transport as quickly as possible. Five Star came through with flying colors and my driver Syd was the kindest most patient driver I could have wanted. He communicated in an enjoyable way and made my drive to my appt an enjoyable ride. If/when I need this kind of non medical transportation, it will be with Five Star and if I'm lucky, I will get driver Syd. :-)

Amazing level of service - great communication via both texts and calls about the details of the ride. My driver Syd was friendly, professional and a very careful driver. I really felt taken care of the entire trip. This is a company that is doing everything right. Thank you, Syd!

Great experience with this company for medical transportation today,our driver Gary went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and felt safe for the long ride home after a day of back to back appointments. Very professional,clean vehicle,and the best customer service in this area,I would say the name fits.

Michael G. and Lori P. were our drivers. Shout out to them! They were able to drive an hour or more each way to take care of my elderly dad so that he could come to a Christmas party. They were accommodating with the fluctuating pickup time. "Five Star" special transport is a good name for them.
