Great tasting crayfish at reasonable prices.
I have purchased crayfish from here before and they have always been excellent quality. Unfortunately, on Boxing day I drive here from Nelson as they listed they were open today, but they were closed. If anyone visits perhaps call first to make sure they are open, as the open hours on line were misleading.
Bought what was told a fresh lobster it was tasteless and tasted like it was frozen then thawed, bought a box of frozen prawns so tasteless that even made into a curry had that frozen tasteless taste for what we paid is was extremely disappointed and got better lobster and prawns at Kingston SE then the so called lobster capital Port Macdonnell supposedly fresh seafood shop we stayed at local tourist park they recommended it think they need to aware it’s not the best
Service was great,cray availability was great but the price was at the high end ,it's a pity the locals can't be looked after better than the country overseas
