We were looking for a senior living facility for our friend after a fire unfortunately destroyed his apartment. We wanted a place that offers convenient services for daily life while still allowing him to maintain his independent living. After a few initial phone conversations, we made an on-site visit to Ciel on the Hudson. The building is beautiful, and everywhere we looked was clean and organized. My introductory visit was great. I can almost see me living there. The only obstacle for me is the carpeting in the living room and bedroom. I have allergies that are better handled by wooden or vinyl flooring. But it was a great visit.

We were exceedingly happy with our choice of Ciel on the Hudson as a home for my mother during the last couple of years of her life. The staff in Assisted Living who helped her with her daily needs were kind, caring, responsible, and respectful. Mom had high culinary standards and thought the food was very good, as did I. She enjoyed frequent lectures, discussions, performances, and games, as well as relaxing with a book in the beautiful garden or light-filled indoor spaces.
