The staff at this facility are amazing. This is a mission-driven organization that treats the residents as if they are members of their own family. I am so relieved that my mother lives in a place that I can trust. The facility itself is also quite nice and they put the investment in to keep the place in great shape. I feel lucky that my mother moved here and I highly recommend Five Star Premier Residences of Plantation.
Unfortunately, I am stuck posting an accurate yet negative review to hopefully get the attention of ownership for a multitude of reasons. My relative moved in approximately 6 months ago and, in that short time, so many things have gone downhill. The dining was reasonable and sometimes good for about one month, then an abrupt and obvious change happened. I would not let my parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles anybody that I love stay here. If they only knew what goes on in the kitchens! It’s sad to say the least.
Went to visit my family and stayed for dinner. Horrible!!
