My mother moved into Five Star 1 month ago from Michigan. The staff and community both have been extremely welcoming and helpful. Cindy Miller, Director of Sales, Audrey McClain, Director of Environmental Services, and Emmanuel Cole, Head of Maintenance, and the rest of the Five Star staff have all been incredibly supportive and helpful, making my mother's move-in and transition to a new state and a new community as smooth as possible. To my surprise, my apartment’s doorbell rang on the afternoon of the day I arrived at Five Star. When I made my way past the stacks of unopened packing boxes and opened the door I was greeted by the friendly smile of a woman who introduced herself as “Simone from the dining room” and presented me with a huge plate of cheese, crackers, fruit and chocolates and a big bottle of something sparkling. Good service, Grandma lives here and everyday I see her happy and well cared for. Totally recommend anyone looking for a good service home that cares for the elders/prioritizes them.

Very beautiful community. All of the residents seem very happy and the staff is really nice. Alena, toured myself and family Highly recommend! It look like we’ve made easy a decision!

My 92 year old Mom has been a resident for over six months and the entire family is more pleased than we could have imagined. Special shout out to 5 Star employee Cindy Miller who made the transition so easy and stress free. it is comforting to know that Mom is in such a good place.
