There's an night staff aide thats incredibly rude to my loved one. I can constantly hear her yelling over the phone, and bragging about showing up late constantly so she won't have to deal with clients. I reached out to the management email but nothing is being done
The staff here is very efficient, kind and caring.. the food is good with great variety and well prepared. Five Star employees go out of their way to be helpful. I have been here for a few months and I am definitely recommending it to my friends
Welcoming and comfortable. Lunch dumplings were overcooked. Also parking garage entry door was malfunctioning
