The staff are very friendly and take there time on the nails to get it perfect
My daughter booked an appointment a week ago to have French normal nail polish and was agreed fir 11am today. When my daughter got there, they couldn't see her until 11.30am and told her they didn't gave time for French tip but could do one colour so she agreed. They then made a mess of the nails by not letting them dry and touching them to rub the polish. The girl then said she would redo one then she smudged 4 more.
