Mi opinión personal sobre el sitio es de terror. No coordinan los procesos a los que te remiten. Creo que no se interesan en conocer de tu caso luego que te remiten a otros médicos especialistas. En mi caso volví para hacer lo referente a la cirugía y desconocieron todo lo antes abordado. I’ve been coming to Five Star Medical for well over a decade. Dr. Gonzalez-Landestoy and her PA-C Maria Santos-Rojo have been amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The Dr. and her PA AND EVERYONE in their office are caring AND THOUGHTFUL. I have never felt rushed or that anyone has ever been rude to me. The medical staff was less than helpful with my issues and front desk staff is awful. They leave you on hold until the line hangs up and never call back reguarding questions. I have been trying to get my bill sorted and get reacheduled for a follow up since AUGUST and they won't help. Awful experiance and will never return
New resident to the state of Arizona. Visited this office for the first time I was sent home with a few referrals that DO NOT take medicaid coverage. Called them back the next day for better guidance on who I should go to for my needs, and I was brushed off by front desk agent three times since. Front desk told me once I find myself A referral that takes my Medicaid to call them back to update my chart. This was not what I was expecting at all.
