The medical staff was less than helpful with my issues and front desk staff is awful. They leave you on hold until the line hangs up and never call back reguarding questions. I have been trying to get my bill sorted and get reacheduled for a follow up since AUGUST and they won't help. Awful experiance and will never return
New resident to the state of Arizona. Visited this office for the first time I was sent home with a few referrals that DO NOT take medicaid coverage. Called them back the next day for better guidance on who I should go to for my needs, and I was brushed off by front desk agent three times since. Front desk told me once I find myself A referral that takes my Medicaid to call them back to update my chart. This was not what I was expecting at all.
