Dr’s are great. The front office staff ruins the experience with their incompetence.

I’ve been coming to Five Star Medical for well over a decade. Dr. Gonzalez-Landestoy and her PA-C Maria Santos-Rojo have been amazing and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. The Dr. and her PA AND EVERYONE in their office are caring AND THOUGHTFUL. I have never felt rushed or that anyone has ever been rude to me. The medical staff was less than helpful with my issues and front desk staff is awful. They leave you on hold until the line hangs up and never call back reguarding questions. I have been trying to get my bill sorted and get reacheduled for a follow up since AUGUST and they won't help. Awful experiance and will never return
