Update: I missed my appointment because my mom was in ICU for a month and the hospital consistently told me that she was not going to make it. I updated the office with what I was in the middle of dealing with and made alternative arrangements for my pre-appt lab work & urine sample. Dr’s are great. The front office staff ruins the experience with their incompetence.
Mi opinión personal sobre el sitio es de terror. No coordinan los procesos a los que te remiten. Creo que no se interesan en conocer de tu caso luego que te remiten a otros médicos especialistas. En mi caso volví para hacer lo referente a la cirugía y desconocieron todo lo antes abordado. Me enviaron a cita para atender mis requisitos y me dejaron esperando por más de dos horas con negativas a ayudarme.
