Promises BEFORE purchase much different than the reality AFTER purchase. I wanted to use a local lumber yard for the wood on my recent deck rebuild project as opposed to a big box store, and a Five Star sales guy was friendly and helpful at getting some price matching and scheduling quick and affordable delivery.
