I recently visited this lumber store to purchase materials for a project, but the experience was frustrating due to poor customer service. Upon entering, two employees were engaged in personal conversations with regular customers, ignoring us as new visitors. We waited patiently to be acknowledged or offered assistance, but it never came, leading us to leave. This left me feeling frustrated, and even noticing a sense of prejudice. I came in for some help with a kickstand on my bike that kept coming off. The front desk associate (Dave) was extremely accommodating and professional. Had me out in less than 5 minutes and everything he suggested worked great. Definitely became my go to hardware store.
