Really bad experience. No refund policy. They sell defective products and give a semblance of disclosure of defective and ensure there is very dim lighting and no A/C so you want to get out fast. They will not bother to test the product to know its functionality and just rush you to pay and get out. For a product that requires a remote They give it to you without a remote and when you get home and miss the remote they tell you there is none and don't wasn't the product anymore. Nast experience.
