I had an excellent experience with Five Star Claims Adjusting and their representative, John Eddens. John inspected my roof before the insurance adjuster came out and marked places that had been damaged. He was also here when the insurance adjuster arrived to inspect the roof. Everything in the insurance claim was approved and Five Star Claims Adjusting was extremely helpful in that regard. I highly recommend them

Ernesto Eljuri and his Team were simply outstanding in managing my insurance claims and deserve a 5 STAR. I am extremely thankful to him and his team. Initially, the insurance took a very unfair position of just repairing damage to my properties roof inflicted by the windstorm of early March 2025 at a compensation lower than my deductible (it was extremely frustrating!).
