I have never seen any bank do things so difficult and time consuming! Before I was a client, someone (who banks there) wrote me a check for $25 (not thousands -- just $25) when I took it to Five Star bank to cash THEIR OWN Five Stare CHECK - the clerk kept taking ALL of MY banking information --the questions just kept coming -- till I finally asked ..
