Quite frankly I dread coming to this branch. Jen and Val are quite possibly the most unpleasant people I've ever had the displeasure of coming across. The rest of the staff are normal, helpful even. But Jen and Val make me consider switching to not just a different branch of Five Star, but a different bank entirely.
I was appalled at the way my girlfriend was treated. I've been with a number of banks before settling on my credit unions but in two decades of banking I have never had a financial facility tell me no I couldn't change options on my bank account. I understand the circumstances in this situation aren't ideal but as the primary on an account, in my experiences with my banks they have done and explored every option to accomplish what I am trying to accomplish, and I feel like 5 Star and it's staff really could not have cared le... read more
