Tellers are very nice and helpful. I love banking there
Been with this bank for way too long with constant technical difficulty after another, finally lost my marbles with them after they randomly blocked my card with no reasoning or warning given while I was in the middle of a restaurant so I had to ask someone else to pay for my food. Their "24 hour" phone line is useless, it makes you go through the entire process of making your enter your information just to tell you "we cant process your request sorry" and still won't tell you the actual reason, as if they're the king of vag... read more
One of the ladys is awfully rude there and I can confirm they don't answer phones to often only when they feel like it
