I have been with this bank many years. It is a great institution and the people are very nice also.
To the 3 girls at the bank this morning, you all are amazing humans!!! Thank you so much for being so kind to my mom!!! Never again will she be going to the Lakeville branch!! No one should go to that branch period!
Poor customer service. Please be aware of your tone when speaking to customers. I bank elsewhere. Being friendly and courteous to customers goes a long way.
