I had to get some documents to notarized and the notifier named Chris that work at the branch was super helpful and professional took care of my paper work and question. Very happy to go to that branch everything got taken care of right away.
I highly do not recommend mortgage lending with Peter P. Zabel at Five Star Bank. Poor communication, a lack of responsiveness, accountability, unprofessionalism and it caused me to walk away from the entire deal. Called to make a complaint, the woman who answered the phone couldn't figure out who was in charge. I was not surprised after what I had just experienced.
Friendliest staff I have ever seen in a bank. Refreshing.
I don’t recommend mortgages refinance with Five star bank. They are very confusing with the yearly escrows.
