Customer service is poor. When I made a complaint, the answer is, "Oh well. There's nothing we can do about it anyway." New location has no drive through, and it's a long walk to get to the bank from parking lot. It is very unorganized inside with no signs 9r direction on where to go. Much smaller than previous location. After 30 yrs of banking with them, including a paid off house loan and many auto loans, it may be time to switch.
