Went in today to open a new checking account and the customer service was amazing. First every employee there was friendly and smiling , they all genuinely enjoy their jobs. While I was on the fence about opening other accounts ,Chloe made my decision come easy and you will certainly be getting my business thanks to her professionalism , knowledge and fantastic service. Atm ate my card, they won't stop putting holds on my checks and then charge me overdraft fees even though the check more than covers it. A refund check from the IRS- do they think it won't clear?? Had my address wrong for 6 months even though I changed it multiple times, took 6 WEEKS to replace a lost atm card, and then they sent the PIN two weeks AFTER I got the card, and to the wrong address again. I actually really enjoy banking here. Great staff that are always really helpful. Why 3 stars? The ATM is on the inside lane! Why!? Want to make a quick withdrawal? Gotta wait behind a line of cars.
