I have my car loan through Five Star. I've only been there a couple of times now but both times there wasn't a long wait at all, and the staff is very friendly.

To date I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this bank. Today, on 03/07/26, at the Westfall Rd. location there was a line out the door waiting for staff to open the branch (it opens at 9:00 A.M.). I don’t see why it’s hard to come to work on time? And the branch is only open for 3 hours today.
I have called 6 times to no answer the phone service is awful I would not recommend calling for anything it'll ring for 3 minutes then transfer you ring for another 3 minutes then forward you to q voice-mail where the chance of you getting called back has dropped to a 2%
