I don't like the fact that they change my due date without notifying me which has caused late payment after being paid up for months.
My mom has an account here and we have had to come into the branch a few times for various things and EVERY TIME we are greeted with the best customer service around. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist any way they can. Helpful over the phone and even will give a heads up to another branch if needed so they can assist as soon as you walk in. Top notch!

We use this place to host HOA meetings and every time the key card for conference room doesn’t work. That means all residents have to wait till on call security arrives and it’s very difficult in winter for elderly residents. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you intend to host meeting in their conference room.
