If I can give this bank, a zero stars, I would. The worst bank ever and the staff is horrible. I recommend hiring talented individuals and to train your staff in providing better customer service.

Worst bank ever! Avoid them! Definitely a mistake getting an account with them!
I don't like the fact that they change my due date without notifying me which has caused late payment after being paid up for months.
My mom has an account here and we have had to come into the branch a few times for various things and EVERY TIME we are greeted with the best customer service around. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and willing to assist any way they can. Helpful over the phone and even will give a heads up to another branch if needed so they can assist as soon as you walk in. Top notch!
