Stephanie goes above and beyond. She always remembers my name. She just fixed a problem when money I deposited at the bank yesterday, was put in a wrong account (tellers mistake) It's because of people like Stephanie that keeps me going to Five Star in Brockport. Other tellers have been nice as well. I wish everyone in business were as nice as Stephanie.

They are rude except Michelle she's nice but the other tellers are rude as can be. This branch is not a good bank overall. Michelle is why we keep going back. The other two ladies are horrible. They need to find different job they not good at what they do. Very slow and dragging their feet.
