I’ve banked with five star for 10 years, always helpful and professional!!
They are rude except Michelle she's nice but the other tellers are rude as can be. This branch is not a good bank overall. Michelle is why we keep going back. The other two ladies are horrible. They need to find different job they not good at what they do. Very slow and dragging their feet.

this bank is an absolute joke. customer service is terrible. can't use their card anywhere without a problem with the chip, every single gas pump in town I use the card at takes a 75-100 dollar hold and I can't use my money for days. nothing updates in the app and it's always wrong. atm deposits take days. my current balance never matches up with my available balance and has costed me overdrafts because past 8pm the whole app goes haywire. customer service tells me sit tight. if I could give less than one star I would. only ... read more
