I hope I don't jinx myself by saying this, but I love Five Star Bank. I've had bad experiences with some of the bigger banks in the country (I guess I won't name names), with charging stupid fees and being cold and "corporate". Five Star has helped me out when I was traveling and lost my wallet. They've helped me out with debt and loans and getting those under control. They've protected me from fraud. My experience was horrible. No one greeted me and I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for somebody to assist me. And when the person assisted me nothing made sense and I left their confused.
Worst bank ever! Avoid doing business with them! Definitely a mistake opening an account with them!
