Recruiting from next door must be policy.
Just moved a bunch of money to five star and wondering if that was a mistake. Walked in today at 3:30 or so to move more money over, and in the entire branch was me and one other customer at the counter and 4 employees. One in an empty office, one helping the one customer, and two talking (maybe training?), after walking in (I was not acknowledged, customer service 101) after waiting a few minutes I asked if I could do my transaction at the counter or do I need to see someone in an office?
