First and foremost I want to say thank you to the ladies at the auburn branch. They are very friendly, have been very informative and helpful. Fivestar bank was the first true bank account I have ever had and the wonderful people at this branch have helped me truly succeed. For context I have been banking with fivestar bank now (auburn branch) for roughly 4 years (2022); I started with them the second I got my first job. Great and attentive staff!
They gave me a good rate on an auto loan and over the life of it I made one late payment back in 2017 because it slipped my mind and I thought I already paid it for the month. The only late payment on my credit report. Even after settling the loan they refused to remove it so I'll never do business with them again.
They charge you to make a car payment and you can’t use a debit card on the computer to make a payment you have to connect a bank account transfer so weird. DO NOT USE!!!
