1.ATM always gross, very dirty always! 2.Digital banking forced and disliked for flaws, etc. 3.Ability to buy rolls of coins from
Awful service. Waited in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes today while they counted money and said nothing to us. Unfortunately the end of the week is busy, as there is two correctional facilities in the area that get paid on Thursdays. Been banking with five star forever, this is by far the worst branch to deal with
They do not properly protect you from fraud
Normally very good / friendly customer service but, this bank should reconsider this new person at the drive-up teller position. I would hope my personal finances are kept confidential, but, knowing this person, with such poor character and lacking integrity, I don't feel comfortable with this individual having any knowledge of my monetary affairs, and have zero confidence they can keep such information private. And although this branch is in a small rural community, it's focus should still be hiring professional people not ... read more
