Your customer service is terrible
On 5/10/23 I phone the Wayland Bank to order checks. I have had cataract surgery and was unable to order online. I also am very hard of hearing. A young woman named Janie or Jamie answered and was talking so fast and I could not hear her so I told her with an apology that I was hard of hearing and my call was disconnected immediately. I called back and she again was in a huff and said she had ordered my checks. I asked her how much it would be and she told me in a huff so I told her to have a nice day and she hung up.
