On what basis you are giving Novel account to your consumers. All are scammers . They have simply frozen the account without any notice. I have proof for all the transactions .. It was hardly some $400 dollars. I will ask all my friends , relatives and whole community to come and give 1 star rating to Five start bank, Novel Bank and Jump start filing. Group of Scammers. Cheers to Novel who doesn't have any number and they call themselves as a Bank.
