My husband and I moved out of state and kept this account open, tried to transfer funds to our out of state local bank and the girl ( who I will not name publicly) tried to get me set up online to transfer $$ from one account to another, she was not very helpful or even TRIED to help me and in fact told me the incorrect information I needed to make this work.
