Older male teller at the window on may 21 at 3:45 was extremely rude and had a huge attitude problem when I told him about it instead of being professional he started yelling that I should bring my ID or debit card like if it made a difference he still gave me my money with out it unbelievable the way he carried himself and this is his signature I hope he get trained on how to treat customers
I’ve been with Five Points Bank for over 40 years and use the Diers location since it opened. They have been exceptional for the entire time
