I’ve been banking with Five Points Bank since moving to Nebraska 13 years ago, it’s definitely not what it used to be I’m completely disappointed with them now. Every time I go out of town, and do the regular vacation stuff such as shopping, and staying in a hotel, 5 points Bank, without fail, shuts down my card even though I tell them its NOT FRAUD! Been banking here for about 30 years. It’s not the hometown bank it used to be. The teller I dealt with today and other inconsistencies earned this review. There are some fabulous employees there, but the others have ruined it.
