They are nice enough, most bankers are though. The bank restrictions are ridiculous. I can only use my card so many times a day. I can only spend a few grand a day. It’s a business account. Lol I can’t even pay workers from this bank . I’ve had to wait till Saturday to pay people . I’ve asked them to change it. They said no. So they kinda suck
Personal and Business - Excellence Throughout
Note: I am not a client at this bank. My father dropped his phone at the atm. Needless to say we were able to re-acquire the phone for my father. Whom ever picked up the phone from the atm thank you. The staff was very very very (not a typo) nice to me when I came to pickup. I think everyone acknowledged my presence even if I was relatively disheveled. If this much outward care is put to people, I can't imagine how well my money would be would be treated. Kudos to the team. Thank you again.
