Note: I am not a client at this bank. My father dropped his phone at the atm. Needless to say we were able to re-acquire the phone for my father. Whom ever picked up the phone from the atm thank you. The staff was very very very (not a typo) nice to me when I came to pickup. I think everyone acknowledged my presence even if I was relatively disheveled. If this much outward care is put to people, I can't imagine how well my money would be would be treated. Kudos to the team. Thank you again.
Great customer service at the arbor st location.
I've had several bank accounts over the years, and had friends and family relate their reactions to their banks. I honestly believe this is one of the best banks based on checking security, savings interest building, and wonderful customer service. My sister's have visited Nebraska from out of state just to set up accounts for their family for the security. Truly that hometown service.
