I’ve been dealing with this bank for years and after moving to Lisbon have had the distinct privilege of working with the employees within this branch and they have all been pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. I commend their efforts to make each interaction a pleasant one, and am grateful I’m able to do business with them.

These people decided it would be funny to unlawfully delete my debit card completely from my account. No reason at all. No pre-warning. Now I have to drive back through 3 towns just to go and withdraw my check so I can pay my bills.
