These people decided it would be funny to unlawfully delete my debit card completely from my account. No reason at all. No pre-warning. Now I have to drive back through 3 towns just to go and withdraw my check so I can pay my bills.
Horrible service 9 day holds on all checks deposited on the first 30 days for new members. Never communicated . Spoke to vp today told me I could close my accounts and go some place else. Completely rude and doesn't care about clients . They all definitely need training that's for sure.
Nicole is awesome 👍 always extra helpful and kind. I prefer to go to this branch because of her.
