I’ve been a member for many years. Five County has done nothing to help, each time I needed help. The first time was when my significant other passed away from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. I was denied a loan and forced to close a CD, with a penalty over $5,000. Another time I was stranded in Arizona and wanted to borrow off the remaining CD. After numerous calls and lack of experience and three days passing with no answers, I was again forced to close my CD, with a penalty over $2,000.
