I recently went to the Auburn branch of FCU, where I normally do my banking, wanting to open an estate account. I had in my hand the affidavit listing me as my mother's heir, which had been legally sufficient to close her account at another bank. I had her death certificate as well as my birth certificate, so there could be no doubt to my identity. Aggressively medium-low experience. The system they have flags and blocks a quarter of the purchases I try to make, and have made several bills late because of this. I’ve had to jump through countless hoops for extremely simple things, like depositing a check, getting a checkbook, shared branching, giving me a debt card with my correct NAME, for christ sake. the upper staff (anyone with an office) seem eternally dismissive of customers, and unable to take accountability for disseminating incorrect information, or making comp... read more

I use my card once for online purchase through Microsoft it worked. Now I try buying something from walmart cant even use my money. I still have money on my card that you guys won't let me use anywhere now this whole weekend can't even call anyone to fix it during closed hours or the weekend period. I shouldn't need authorization to use my own money when there's enough on there and it worked previously. will be shutting my account down tomorrow when you open
