I’ve been with this bank for a long time and I'm treated better at Otis. Switching to Otis tomorrow. I saw a post online about FC denying a loan to someone who has banked with you longer than I, and it made me realize that you really do suck. FC sucked and so does the new bank. Go elsewhere!!
This bank is terrible. They are strictly by the book and totally impersonal. They don't actually listen to anyone or deal with individual people like a good bank should. Go somewhere else where you won't get fees or be just another number for them. Don't give these people your money so they can make money off of it.
Great bank! Always awesome employees! I've been a member for almost fifteen years. I haven't met an employee yet that gave me a negative interaction. Keep up the good work!
