Customer service, the banking app, and of course the hours have gotten waaay worse over the years. Picked this bank strictly for the hours those days are clearly over since you’re now part-timers. I’ll be switch closer to home
I went to cash some checks there which equals $630 there a machine jammed as it was dispensing the money and I was never able to grab the money because the door did not open up. The teller Byranna was supposed to email the company to let them know to audit the machine. There is no record of that machine being audited. She then took me to the other machine saying she could get my money back and what she did was she pulled out another $630 out of my bank account so I have called the bank relaying messages that they owe me $630... read more

Really negative experience trying to sign in online, they kept saying they fixed it. They did not. Go to a large bank whose customer service doesn't close at 7pm
Worst credit union. They do not treat members well. I would recommend finding another institution to do business with.
