The store was a mess, employees just standing around and majority of our items rang up different at the register than they were marked on the shelf!!

Idk who helped me over the phone but was very nice and kind I had left an ulta bag at the store with a ton of makeup in it and she was very kind to help me out I love this store and there costumer service is amazing
