This was my first time going to Five Below. I had gotten online and ordered some stuff for a 2 year olds birthday party. I chose pick up in store. I ordered 4 items and all said they had them in store and they would email me when they were ready. When they did it showed only 1 item was ready and the other 3 they were out of. I had placed a second order about an hour after the first order for 2 items for me. And that one also only had 1 of the 2 items I ordered.
