There is a lady working here that needs to be fired or trained on how to talk to people. She got mad at me became I was taking too long to pay extremely rude I don’t ever want to come back. Looking at the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one
I believe it was the manager who i just got into an unnecessary altercation due to her lack of communication. Standing in line she asked cash or credit I clearly said cash being my 9 year old is learning how to pay for her self. She was obviously overwhelmed and couldnt handle the rush or was having a bad day. Moving forward she comes and cancels the transaction. *INCORRECT HOURS* tried to make a return tonight because both their website AND the app said this location was open until 8 pm. Drive to shopping center, and just about every door that could access it is locked..spoke to multiple employees from surrounding stores that were truly open (ie Target, Kohls and Sephora, etc), who all said the mall closed at 6 pm and therefore Five Below is most likely closed. I even called the location to try to speak to a direct employee about how to get to their store, no one picked up. Not sure... read more
Come shop here if you want to be called a thief! Thank you to this lady for following me around the store and then accusing me of shoplifting in front of my kids while my wife is literally checking out. We paid for our items and left as quickly as possible. Watch out because this lady is definitely hostile and on a power trip.
