1st let me say this I've never in my life been humiliated and racially profiled before. I paid for a power bank that your store manager Michelle clearlyseen me pay for it. Then approached me by saying I can't open anything I didn't pay for. The helper (cashier )stood without acknowledging it had been paid for. Next time instead of being rude you can approach in a professional manner. I'm a supervisor and work with the public. This isn't the way you handle the situation at all.
