“I came into Five Below to buy graduation gifts for my little cousin, and Sarah completely made my day. She unexpectedly paid for my purchase, and I was brought to happy tears. Nobody has ever done something like that for me before, and her kindness meant more than she will probably ever know. What started as a simple shopping trip turned into a memory I’ll never forget. Sarah is truly a kind-hearted person, and Five Below is lucky to have her. Thank you again, Sarah, for your generosity and for making my day so special.”
Staff remained composed and professional while processing my return just before closing despite a belligerent patron trying to raise a stink for no clear reason. Kudos to staff for playing it by the book tab and avoiding conflict. I advised the individual that the best way to “take it all the way to the top” was to submit an inquiry online, so if there’s another review asking for the “manager’s manager” it should be taken with a grain of salt.
