I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your store today at approximately 7:00 p.m. My children and I entered the store to shop, and from the moment we walked in, we did not feel welcome. We were not greeted by any employees. One employee, a Black heavyset woman, looked at us, rolled her eyes, and did not acknowledge us. We continued shopping despite this.
