Long checkout line and when the second associate came to help check out she was still on her video call. I thought she was talking to me at first but realized she had her full attention on the guy in the call. No help as she didn't hear my questions.
Before I even entered the store, I saw an associate walking in and asked if they sold cases or covers to fit my iPad (which I showed her). She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, and walked away without saying a word. I then went to the front counter to ask another associate, who happened to be standing with the same young lady.
