I went yesterday looking for these hand sanitizer products my friends purchased as gifts for our summer interns. Once I saw the packet, I knew I wanted my own. Anyway, in addition to these sanitizers, Five and Below has such fun gifts for kids and grownups! I like the prices and the options. Self-checkout is pretty simple, it makes the lines move quickly. The store was crowded, but that’s expected—not too crowded to navigate though. Good experience overall!
Customer service sucks older lady in the store could have just told me she didn’t wanna help me I was doing a door dash and she was just nasty like I was bothering her or something
The employees at the Hinesville location are incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked for a manager, it escalated into a complete mess, and my children were watching. I started recording because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the employees in this store. It’s unacceptable, and they need new managers and cashiers who demonstrate more professionalism.
