Love this store
This locations customer service is non-existent. Yes I was "welcomed" upon arriving but that was all and even that was just because they are supposed to. They have self-checkouts which the employees take as they don't have to do anything else. I watched a customer next to me at the registers have an issue and the employee just stand at counter and totally ignore them not doing anything to help transaction even tho register said someone was coming to help. I honestly would drive out of my way to avoid this store.
be aware they do not print paper receipts anymore allegedly. so if you needed to make a return without a paper receipt or email (which you can opt out of by hitting start scanning instead of putting in your email) there are no signs anywhere and the employees are supremely unhelpful . needless to say I will not return. first five below ever this has happened to me and all they would have to do was refill the paper for the printer to print the receipt
Love the store hate they have at least 6 registers only 2 work most days and they have 2 employees just staring at you as you check out like your a problem or going to steal instead of saying anything its a very impersonal and demeaning stare / vibe do better
