Experience was okay. Tons of different items but there was this one older employee first she walked by the aisle staring me and my siblings down we are people of color by the way. Everytime we go in there she stares at us and while we were checking out she stood right behind us and stared.
What a delightful place to bring my kids to find some things from their Christmas gift cards... I enjoy the variety of things in store also various prices for things. Marie was above and beyond phenomenal with helping my little guy ring himself up and use his gift card! Thanks please please keep her on your team! She is a wonderful asset! Will be back soon thanks! We visited the store on Saturday at 7:30, so 30 minutes before close. The associate at the door welcomed us in and let us know that she store would be closing in 30 minutes. The store began turning up the music to the point that I was almost shouting to my husband to talk with him. Then they turned half of the lights off while shouting that the store was closing in 15 minutes. I understand that we got there late in the evening but I did not feel welcomed from the second we walked in. Super disappointing.
My daughter went in to spend her money and as we got to the register, I went to the one that said cash or card. As I got there, the associate working asked me how I was paying and I said card. She told me I had to go to register 2. I said well, this one says cash or card as I walked to #2. Her and her "friends" started to laugh at me. One even said that it did say "cash or card".
